What’s so great about a photo booth anyway?

Fun! The guests love it. The photos are great, they provide a great memento to the guests for the event, and the scrapbooks record the memories. Better have a great DJ because the photo booth will be the hit of the party.

How much does the photo booth rental cost?

The complete Top Hat package costs $950.00*. Unlike most of our competitors we do not charge extra for custom logos, double prints, scrapbook materials, online archiving or flash drives.

Why so much less than everyone else?

Top Hat is a privately owned company, not a franchise. We have lower operating costs and we can pass the savings on to you.

How does the photo booth work?

It’s very simple – enter the booth, press the button, say cheese. Your photos will be ready in less than 1 minute.

How often can the guests use the booth?

The complete package includes unlimited use of the booth by the guests during the rental period.

What does the attendant do?

The attendant is there to answer any questions the guests may have, make sure the booth is working properly and replace photo supplies as may be needed and to assist with the scrapbook.

Are there limitations on the type of venue where the photo booth can be used?

No. Top Hat’s photo booths are modular and can be set up anywhere. Stairs, tight hallways, even outdoors are no problem.

Do you have props for the guests to use during the event?

Yes we do, hats, glasses, feather boas – and you guessed it, no extra charge!

How do I reserve a booth?

A signed contract and a $250.00 deposit are required to reserve a booth. You can see the pro-forma contract here on our website. Contact us by completing the contact form or by calling us at 1-866-555-1234.

Are there delivery charges that apply?

In most cases there is no delivery charge. There is a delivery charge for the following:
  • In the 5 boroughs of New York City there is a $200 delivery charge
  • In other service ares in the New York metropolitan area there is a $100 delivery charge
  • For events that require more than 1 hour travel time there is a delivery charge of $100 per additional hour of travel time
